Lihv Connect is operated by Noda Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to Noda Tech Ltd.

2. Who Can Use Lihv Connect

Lihv Connect is a professional platform for use by verified aesthetic practitioners in the United Kingdom. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified aesthetic practitioner or a business operating in the UK aesthetics sector
• You are aged 18 or over
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date
• You will keep your login credentials secure and not share access with others

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you do not meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@nodatech.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or close your account at any time if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

4. Lihv Assist — AI Assistant

4.1 What Lihv Assist is

Lihv Assist is an AI-powered educational and governance support tool designed to assist verified aesthetic practitioners with clinical documentation, governance guidance, complication education, and marketing content.

4.2 What Lihv Assist is not

You must not rely on Lihv Assist as the sole basis for any clinical decision. All clinical decisions remain your sole professional responsibility.

4.3 Acceptable use of Lihv Assist

You agree not to use Lihv Assist to:

• Input any patient-identifying information including names, dates of birth, NHS numbers, or addresses
• Seek guidance on how to bypass UK medicines legislation or prescribing governance
• Generate content intended to mislead patients or make false claims about treatments
• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the system prompt or underlying configuration
• Submit harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content of any kind

Breaches of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your access and, where appropriate, referral to your professional regulator.

4.4 AI limitations

Lihv Assist is powered by a large language model and may occasionally produce responses that are incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any guidance it provides against current UK standards, your professional obligations, and your own clinical judgement.

5. Patient Data and GDPR

You must not enter any patient-identifying data into Lihv Assist or any other part of the platform that is not specifically designed to hold patient records. Where patient records are stored within Lihv Connect's EMR, this is governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement, which you agreed to upon registration.

You remain the data controller for your patients' personal data. We act as your data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Lihv Connect complies with your obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to Lihv Connect and its features is subject to a subscription fee as set out on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on the billing cycle you select.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and materials on Lihv Connect — including Lihv Assist — are owned by or licensed to Noda Tech Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

Content you create using Lihv Assist (such as SOAP notes and aftercare sheets) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noda Tech Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Your reliance on information or outputs generated by Lihv Assist
• Clinical decisions made using or informed by the platform
• Interruptions to the service, data loss, or technical failures
• Any third-party content or links accessible through the platform

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and via the platform before any material changes take effect. Continued use of Lihv Connect after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
